The Office prepares arbitration proceedings and initiates all arbitration and conciliation disputes at the local and international level, whether we are arbitrators or representatives of our clients before the arbitral tribunal or dispute resolution mediators, as well as the procedures of negotiations and amicable settlement agreements and drafting and follow-up implementation to ensure the rights of our clients.
