Administrative Claims Provisions
Article (9)
The lawsuit shall be filed in a newspaper depositing the administration of the book of the Court of the Court. The supporting documents shall be submitted with the newspaper. In addition to the origin of the newspaper, a sufficient number of photographs must be submitted to the book management.
Article 10
Upon depositing the newspaper, the book administration shall deliver to the applicant a receipt stating the date and time of the deposit. Each of the litigants shall have the right to respond to the contents of a memorandum depositing the administration of the court book with the necessary documents within thirty days from the date of its appeal. Once this period has elapsed, the Court Clerks Department shall set a hearing for the hearing within two months at most and inform all parties to the dispute of the date of that hearing at least one week before the date of the hearing, in accordance with letters of acknowledgment. New documents or memoranda may be submitted during the proceedings if the Court so permits and within the dates to be determined by the Court.
Article 11
A fixed fee shall be imposed on applications for cancellation and suspension of execution of ten dinars per application. Other claims are assessed according to the rules established for all other cases.
Article 12
Judgments issued by the Administrative Department of the General Court shall be subject to appeal if the dispute is not valued or exceeds one thousand Dinars. Otherwise, the judgment shall be final.
Article 13
The Supreme Court of Appeal shall arrange one or more special chambers to hear appealed judgments issued by the Administrative Chamber of the Court of First Instance.
